What it is

This is the receipt for a project-wide completeness pass. Every page in the wiki and every file in the briefing folder was audited against the canonical ground-truth intel, gaps were classified, missing facts were filled, and every entity and status page was given an explicit "what to do" and "what to ask" treatment. This page is the scorecard plus the per-surface breakdown of what changed.

Rafael opens this before the next Dimas call to confirm nothing is missing: no model conflated, no price quoted wrong, no broken wikilink, no Dimas or Illia file left unlinked from the hub.

Total intel surface is 47 wiki content pages (13 entities, 10 concepts, 10 summaries, 3 status, 5 MOCs and _home, 2 standards, 2 meta) plus wiki/index.md, alongside 20 files in briefing/. The index frontmatter correctly states 47 pages and links every content page. Every briefing file is linked from briefing/index.html, including all Dimas and all Illia files. All 13 entity pages and all 3 status pages carry a what-to-do and/or what-to-ask treatment. The only unresolved wikilinks are deliberate template placeholders inside SCHEMA.md. No remaining stubs, no remaining real broken links.

What we added

Missing facts filled

  • KAMIK product line in full: five models, two thermobaric warheads with dimensions, NSN code with the duplicate-code error flagged, contact details.
  • SkyPulse TTX tables: no-payload range/duration for all four models, bomber and kamikaze payload tables, per-model battery configs and masses, plus the fixed PDF source path.
  • Dimas hard specs: payload 1.5-4.5 kg, fiber range 10-30 km, the cable-failure symptom (both signal and control lost, drone disappears), and the ~75k UAH price decode (~$1,800-2,000, not $75k).
  • Serhii intel: the 419th unit identity, the Bulava complex two-drone mechanism, the camera-plus-software auto-aim root cause, ~24h certification, and the e-points greenhouse decode.
  • Illia operations: the 3-step spec-to-cost process, copter and deep-strike prices, the battery-mismatch failure thesis, DOT-Chain, and the 500-box fiber-import container.

What-to-do and what-to-ask added

  • Every entity page (all 13) now has a "what to do / next steps" block and an "open questions / what to ask" block, sourced from ground truth.
  • Every status page (all 3) carries next-steps and open-questions treatments; decisions-log adds a per-contact questions-to-ask list for Dimas, Serhii and Illia.
  • Six summary pages gained explicit open-questions blocks (the night-vision/thermal, VTOL, payload-kg, and retranslator-vs-middle-strike items still pending).
  • account-playbook and may29-intel gained per-contact what-to-ask blocks; dimas-call and serhii-fleet briefings gained dedicated question sections.
  • Provisional and research-derived facts (Artem brigades, SageSeller, Pentagon scores, budget figures) labeled as estimates, not asserted as confirmed.

Link & navigation fixes

Hub now links everything

briefing/index.html previously linked 16 of 19 files. Added curated cards for the three unlinked artifacts: ilia-call-questions.html, ilia-intro-chat.txt, and artem-loom-messages.png. No unlinked Dimas or Illia files remain.

index.md count corrected

Frontmatter pages went from 45 to 47. SCHEMA.md and log.md are now catalogued under a Meta/System section instead of being silently omitted from the wiki catalog.

Wikilinks clean

All 200+ [[target]] references resolve. The only unresolved tokens are intentional documentation placeholders inside SCHEMA.md illustrating link syntax, not real navigation. Stale source citations in the briefing HTML were corrected to the actual transcript filenames.
